Community Yoga Classes
These classes are offered to the community for only $10 a class. We ask that you pre-register and pay online for this class. Cash will be accepted at the studio if you cannot pre-register. Credit cards will NOT be accepted at the studio for the community classes.
This class is open to all levels. The room temperature is warm, but not hot. Postures are linked together through breath and sun salutations, creating a flow like a seamless dance when done correctly. The yoga studio will be heated to a comfortable 83-89 degrees.
Hot Power Vinyasa with Yoga Nidra
Hour of Power Vinyasa flow followed by Yoga Nidra “yogic sleep”. A guided practice leading you into a meditative state of consciousness allowing deep relaxation and healing.
Hot Power Vinyasa
Classes are taught by certified teachers. In a Vinyasa class, postures and sun salutations are linked together through breath to create a meditative and invigorating flow. Taught in a 90 degree heated room, muscles soften and become more pliable and also the cardiovascular effects of the flow are increased. Classes are challenging and transformative and are open to all levels of practitioners. There is a strong emphasis on conscious breathing, to anchor the students into the present moment. Be prepared to sweat like you never have before! The yoga studio is heated a comfortable 90-97 degrees. This class is 90 minutes.

LivFree Power Yoga
Built on the principles of Baptiste, this style of yoga is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. It detoxifies, heals, and electrifies. Top 40 music fills the studio and brings this style of yoga to life; it’s contagious and fun. Class will end with meditation. The yoga studio will be heated to a comfortable 90-97 degrees.
A class for those new to yoga as well as the advanced student who wishes to refine alignment and precision of yoga poses. This is a great class for those who want to build strength and deepen awareness of how and from where we move. The room temperature is warm, but not hot.
The class everyone should be taking to improve their practice. This class will help you better understand the asanas and take them to the next level. Everything you learn in this class can be applied to your other classes. You will learn how to incorporate a strong focus on your core. In terms of asana practice, core abdominal strength improves nearly every pose, offering a sense of balance and ease. This class will help you cultivate a playful and curious approach to your practice. You will see improvement in your strength, flexibility and overall practice. Join us for a great workout that changes every week.
Introduction to Vinyasa
Start from the foundation, ground down, and from there shine out. Fine tune your practice in this class that will flow but be spacious enough to accommodate the first timer or the seasoned yogi who wants to dive deeper towards their edge. Whether you want to move at a slower pace or if this class is the only one that fits your schedule, you landed at the perfect place. The room temperature is warm, but not hot.
This is a moderately paced class. These classes are good for new and experienced practitioners. Breath awareness, alignment, and working at your own pace is encouraged.The studio is warm, but not hot for this class.
Yin yoga is a style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body. This yoga helps regulate the flow of energy in the body. Yin postures are more passive postures, mainly on the floor and the majority of postures equal only about three dozen or so. Yin yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Yin offers a much deeper access to the body. It is not uncommon to see postures held for three to five minutes. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation.
Total Body Fusion
A creative, well thought fusion of modern fitness techniques combined with ancient arts of qi gong & Tai chi. Advance your skill, mobility, strength, expression and confidence. Classes are unique and may use TRX, BARRE, straps, weights, etc. Studio has props, you may also bring your own.

Barre Above classes teach you to find the strength of a dancer within you, and to transform your body.
TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight for resistance. Two suspension straps hang from an anchor, allowing for an infinite number of exercises that help to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. The TRX straps are adjustable and can make exercises both, more challenging or easier depending on the length and angle. This makes them ideal for all fitness levels.
In this class we mix it up with a combination of TRX and bootcamp.

Spin is also known as indoor cycling. Improve your strength, stamina, speed and cardiovascular fitness. Indoor cycling is an exhilarating total-body workout! Let the Super charged energy, motivating music & cues from the Instructor immerse you into a fun, vigorous ride!

Each bike is adjustable to fit your body and works with sneakers or bike shoes with clips. Various levels of speed and resistance as well as different positions on the bike are used to target different muscles and offer you optimum benefit in a short period of time. This is the perfect class to burn calories and rev up your metabolism without putting undue strain on your joints.
