Spin Instructor

Hello, I’m Audrey! I live in Norwich, CT with my two pups and one cat. I joined  Get Bent because I was searching to not only start exercising more, but also wanted to socialize and be part of a community. Once I started taking spin classes at Get Bent, i was hooked! I decided to become a Certified  Spin Instructor, because I want to continue to develop my skills and share what I have learned with others! I know it can be scary trying something new, I want others to feel comfortable in my class, and feel like they are not just another random face in a crowd, but  part of a community when they come to my class!  See you in the studio!
