Sean’s yoga practice began when he was looking for alternatives and enhancements to weight lifting. Yoga helped him face quite a bit of social​anxiety and has changed his outlook on himself and the things and people that surround him. Sean enjoys the outdoors, has a love for music, and including it in his Hot Power Vinyasa classes. He’s excited to have earned his 200-hour YTT and to share his knowledge, energy & excitement through the yoga journey.
