Stacie has worked in the fitness industry for about 30 years. Certified by AFAA, she started out teaching step aerobics, calisthenics, and high impact aerobics.
She became a personal trainer certified thru ACE in her early 20’s. She teaches spin classes and substitute teaches TRX, Barre, and yoga. In her spare time, she loves to take wildlife photos, camp and be outdoors with her husband.
