Hi my name is Tracey Zito. I am a 500hr certified LivFree power yoga teacher. I can teach to students of all levels, beginner to advanced at the same time. I am a fun energetic passionate teacher with a calming touch. I can teach to a group of people all the while making each person feel that I am teaching them individually. Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ has helped me in life and I want to share this mind-body, spirit connection with others.
